Biome Stainless Steel Sock Hanger 201S Grade with 19 Pegs

This hanger should not be constantly exposed to the weather, especially any salty air or chemicals. Be assured that this hanger will still be there when the plastic ones are broken or the cheap metal ones have rusted, but 201S stainless steel will rust if exposed to weather for long periods or any salt. Do not use outside if you live close to the ocean.

You might consider our NEW higher grade 304S sock hanger, which has greater rust resistance for leaving outside, or if you live close to the ocean. Or for those who live anywhere near salty conditions or prefer to leave their sock hanger outside, we recommend the 316 Marine Grade sock hanger.

Biome standard 201 grade metal pegs - If you tend to bring your pegs inside or live far away from any salt, or want them for indoor use, you would be fine with the 201 grade. Not suitable for anywhere near the ocean / salty air.

Biome 304 metal pegs: OK to leave on the line if you live no where near salt! If you have salty breeze, do not leave them on the line as they will be constantly hit by salty air. They may be ok outside if left in a bucket with holes in the bottom - that way the rain will wash the pegs, and being inside the bucket they are sheltered from gathering salt from the wind. Alternatively, bring the pegs inside.
