Frequently Asked Questions
Orders placed by 2pm AEST Tuesday to Friday, or 8am Monday, are dispatched the same business day for in-stock items. Express cut-off is 1pm AEST.
Some items are ineligible such as bulky or heavy goods and certain liquids. Removing them may reveal faster options. Same Day also depends on your address.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post, and Sherpa for Same Day. You'll receive tracking by email. Australia Post delivers contactless. If you choose Authority to Leave or Safe Drop, you take responsibility if the parcel goes missing after delivery.
If no one is home, the driver may leave a card with collection details. Having parcels delivered to your work address can be a good option.
If you are not satisfied, return the item as new within 45 days, with some exceptions.
Please email us promptly if your delivery is late, incorrect or damaged. Replacements are sent at our discretion after investigation. We are not liable for loss or damage after delivery has taken place, or for delays outside our control.
