How to collect in store
If you prefer to pick up in store, please order online here and select Pick up in store at checkout We will call you as soon as your box is ready to collect in store.

Each box will contain from $80 to $110 in value and will always be vegan, have minimal plastic and be 100% free from palm oil for your peace of mind. What an awesome way to be introduced to all the wonderful palm oil free choices that exist. See the four box subscription here >
The individual box price will vary each time relative to the value of the contents, but with the subscription you lock in the price for four!
If you choose the four box 12 month subscription, we ship by the seasons so the four boxes will be sent to you in
- December for Summer
- March for Autumn
- June for Winter
- September for Spring
Please note also that each season the individual box price varies in the value contained, but will always be incredible value!

How it works

Step 2: A pop up will appear to sign up to Mateship
Step 3: Invite mates to your order. They have 8 hours to join your order.
*Mateship only works with standard shipping, not express.
45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Items marked 'Final Sale' can not be returned unless faulty. *except skin and body care, makeup, food, underwear, earrings, and custom order items, which can not be returned for change of mind.

Standard: Once the order has shipped, it will arrive in 2 to 7 days depending on your destination.
Express: only for orders up to 4kg and excludes bulky/heavy items.
Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
Click & Collect: choose your local store at checkout and your order to be there within 2 to 4 working days (1 working day for Milton warehouse). Please wait until you receive an email or text to advise that your goods are ready to be collect.
International: Flat rate shipping for orders up to 2kg. International orders are not subject to sales tax, so most prices are less 10% when purchased from overseas.

So glad I decided to purchase this - it was a wonderful surprise for myself and exceeded expectations. I found several lovely things I would never have thought to purchase, all at a reduced price to try out. There was something for everyone in the family. The Konjac sponge was fabulous - it has become a staple for us and I've purchased more varieties. Would highly recommend trying out these boxes :)
