Where to Recycle Blister Packs

Blister packs are the plastic and foil packaging that contain pills and tablets. They are convenient and hygienic, but they also create a lot of waste. Did you know that blister packs cannot be recycled in your kerbside bin? The mixed materials need to be separated and processed differently.

Where to Drop Off Blister Packs in Your State

Aside from the options of purchasing your own satchel or box as above, there are some pharmacies where you can drop off blister packs for recycling, either through the Pharmacycle, or Chemists Own & Terracycle programs. Below is a rough idea of locations, but please visit the maps linked at the end to check your postcode.
