We offer the choice between two Australia Post international shipping services—Express and Standard. Both options should appear at checkout and are priced by destination country and package weight, as provided by Australia Post. Please be aware that International Standard service typically over a week slower Express.

The fastest way to get an indicative shipping cost is to begin the checkout process and enter your address. If you then go back and change your cart or browse further, shipping will update next time you enter the checkout to reflect the pricing of the new cart.

Shipping is generally priced within the bands of 0-500g, 500g-1kg, 1-3kg, and per kg for heavier orders. Please contact our customer service team if you have any issue with the international shipping options shown to you at checkout.

How Does it Work?

When you place your order at checkout and have entered the international delivery address your final shipping cost will be displayed. Proceed through checkout as usual. Once your order has been placed it will ship with 1 to 2 business days.

Payment: we only provide PayPal for international orders.

Import duties: please note that you may have to pay import duties depending on your country's import laws. UK: if you are sending a gift to or ordering from the UK, the recipient will be charged VAT when the item/s are valued over £39 (for gifts) or £15 (other goods). We ship to USA, Canada, Singapore and most of Asia, UK and European Union countries. We do not ship to European countries outside the EU, Russia, Africa, South and Central America.

Example weights of products

Skin care: you will be able to order multiple skin care items and makeup for a parcel under 2kg (most range from 100g to 250g each, makeup is around 50g each)

Planetbox: Shuttle 515g, Rover 1.2kg, Launch 1.5kg

Camphor Laurel cutting boards: small 450g, medium 950g, large 1.7kg

Non-stick cookware: average pan 1.5kg, Sets 6.8kg

Palm Leaf disposable plates: bowls 350g, small plates 800g, dinner plates 1.5kg

Sheet sets: 4.5kg

What items cannot be posted overseas?

We cannot ship the following items overseas:

- Benchtop Water Purifiers

- Liquid or powder cleaning products

- Some food items

- Seeds/pods

Terms & Conditions

It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us by email immediately should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

The payment of all import duties and VAT in your country are your responsibility. Please check the rules for your country.
