Our invigorating DIY Coffee & Coconut Sugar Body Scrub will help to stimulate blood flow, improve circulation and smooth and tone skin. It may even help to minimise the appearance of cellulite! This DIY body scrub contains two active ingredients - coffee and coconut (in three forms), as well as two invigorating essential oils, which take it to a whole new level! Coconut oil and coconut flesh are naturally rich in vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and Vitamin C, as well as essential minerals of Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Zinc. Plus, the coconut sugar provides a great body exfoliation. Ground coffee is packed full of antioxidants and when applied topically to the skin, can provide a range of fantastic benefits. Ground coffee a great natural exfoliant as it gently removes dead skin cells, and stimulates blood flow. This in turn helps to brighten skin and may even minimise the appearance of cellulite (temporarily).
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the oils and mix until you reach a consistency that resembles damp sand. Add more castor (or olive) oil if needed.
Add your essential oils and mix well.
Store in a 120ml glass mason jar.
